What We Don’t Do (FAQ)
Do you do extermination or pest treatment?
No. This service focuses on sealing common entry points only. We do not provide pest control, trapping, or extermination services.
Do you open walls or cut drywall to find gaps?
No. We seal small, accessible gaps only. This service does not include drywall removal, cutting, patching, or painting.
Will you repair cabinets, trim, or baseboards?
No. Cabinet repairs, trim work, and finish carpentry are not included. If larger gaps or damaged materials are found, repair options can be discussed separately.
Do you seal large holes or structural gaps?
No. Larger or irregular openings that require framing, backing, or finish repair are outside the scope of this service and are quoted separately before any work is done.
Do you automatically replace supply lines or shutoff valves?
No. Supply lines and valves are visually inspected while access is available, but replacements are only performed if requested and approved after discussing options.
Will this guarantee that mice or pests won’t return?
No. Sealing entry points can significantly reduce risk, but no service can guarantee complete pest prevention—especially if there is an active infestation or other entry points elsewhere in the home.P
