Please note that we only service Northwest Philadelphia (Roxborough, Manayunk, East Falls, Mt. Airy, Chestnut Hill, Germantown) and nearby Lower Merion towns (Bala Cynwyd, Narberth, Merion Station).
Here is some helpful initial information about scheduling, pricing, and timelines.
1. We specialize in small home maintenance, repair, and improvement projects
Typical projects take from 1 hour to 1 full day. We do not do large projects like house painting (other than touch-ups), kitchen and bathroom remodels, or basement refinishing. You can see list of the types of services we offer here.
2. We’re a small operation and demand for home repairs and maintenance is high.
We are typically booked out for 4-6 weeks, sometimes more. If your project needs to be completed sooner than that we are most likely not going to be able to service your project. There are exceptions, but they are very rare.
3. We do our best to respond to requests for estimates as quickly as possible and generally do so within 3 business days.
When we’re out in the field we’re not working on writing up estimates and when we’re busy our emails suffer first. Please be patient and we’ll be in touch as soon as possible. Click here for pricing info on some of our most commonly requested jobs.
